This downtown historic home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities of home. Within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, attractions, train depot and much more. Near bike/walking trail. Beautifully landscaped with flowers. Fenced back yard great for enjoying Alaska long summer nights with yard games while cooking out on the Weber grill enjoying dinner outside on the outdoor patio table. Summer, fall or winter enjoy a relaxing evening enjoying a fire around the fire pit and during certain times of the year make sure to keep a look out for the Northern Lights dancing in the skies. The secured fenced backyard is great for children to run and play and swing on the swing set. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds), 1 bathroom, on-site free parking, high speed internet, full size washer/dryer. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, DVD player in upstairs room, board games, children toys/play room. Circulating fans in all bedrooms and living room and air purifier upstairs and downstairs. Home security/fire alarm system and security cameras. Blackout blinds on all windows.
