"We love that they provide a shuttle from the airport. We only needed the room for the first night we arrived before we started our Alaska Adventure. Our room was older but worked exactly for what we needed, a room for a good nights rest after traveling. Love the lobby and the breakfast. Staff at the desk was really busy when we arrived but she handled it quite well, she did a great job. Have stayed before and would stay again."

"We stayed in a recently refurbished room and were very comfortable. Great view of the mountain. Shuttle from the Coastal Classic train to the hotel worked very well. We enjoyed a casual meal in aBar as well as a tasty brunch in the Tramline Cafe. My husband found the Nordic Spa to be excellent. The restaurant at the top of the tram had wonderful views but was pricey. Overall a very enjoyable stay."
