Clean and well maintained. Pool was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful although there was some miscommunication. We had accidentally left a document at reception and staff member gave it to another party, assuming that we knew each other simply because of our skin color ! We are from totally different countries and do not speak the same language. Never got our document back.

Amazing bungalows and views. Breakfast was French style buffet and high was great. Very nice and helpful staff.

This trip was a dream come true of all dreams!!!! From the moment we got off the plane at Bora Bora airport, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind blowing flavors!!! Some friends who stayed at The Four Seasons tried eating at The Lagoon, but were rightfully turned away..... it should remain only for guests. But the others were outstanding a well. The main pool was fun to be around with the swim up bar a chill place. Do visit the peace and quiet of the adults pool with 5 private cabanas with a beautiful surroundings... it's underrated. The beach on the property was just gorgeous, but bring water shoes. There are some sharp broken coral or rocks the first like 10 feet when you walk in the water..... go and enjoy the hammock over the water with the views of the stunning Mt Otemanu. The sea doo tour with or without the lunch is a must do!!!! The snorkeling tour is also a must, you'll be swimming with sharks, rays and some beautiful fish n a moray eel. The beach bungalow that we had, was really cosy and provided a very special vibe and privacy. The construction with bamboo, wood and a high roof with reed, as well as all other materials used created a warm feeling. The setup of the rooms is perfect and also provided enough space to place your things and stay well organized. The Breakfast-Buffet was nice and offered a lot of varieties of food for any kind of taste. The food in the 2 restaurants was good, the service as well. We had a joyfull and relaxing time, and our expectations to the 4-star rating were mostly fulfilled.
