"We stayed in the British Suite, on the third floor looking out the little windows you can see the sunrise or the bustling night life down on the streets. The indoor jacuzzi was wonderful, and the shower was spacious enough for 1. The complimentary sit-down breakfast was delightful, well balanced and very accommodating for allergies, etc. We will be staying again soon!"

"Room was warm"

"Check in was uncertain. Not familiar enough with keypads. That played a big part in Why we could not open or lock the door. Finally figured it out. St Augustine code enforcement gave us a ticket before we could place the permit in the car window. Took care of this the following day. Did not let any of this ruin the visit. Go with the flow"
