when checking in our flight got in at 12:30 and they charged $50 for early check in even though our room was ready. We was just going to wait by the pool and the clerk said they hadn't cleaned the pool for a while, when we actually seen it later it was super dirty and no one could swim in it. The room itself was clean and good, the breakfast was excellent. just a few fixable friction points. if you advertise a pool and hot tub, clean them. Stop charging extra for a few hour early check in if the room is ready.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We especially loved the relaxing pool area—it was the perfect place to unwind. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit in the future!

My family of five stayed here to attend a ball game. It could not have been more convenient. Our room is very clean and seemed brand new! The hotel room itself was very large and accommodating! My only qualm was that the breakfast area is much too small for the size of the facility and the number of people. I wish I could remember his name, but the young gentleman at the front desk is finishing a degree, who checked us in, could not have been nicer! Definitely made us feel welcome!
