Quiet Waterloft near Amsterdam and Schiphol WS17
x self-check-in system x on-site parking x ideal workspace with fast reliable wifi x many local restaurants for lunch or dinner delivery x cleaning protocol according to the latest standards x modern kitchen with Dolce-Gusto coffee machine x supermarket < 1 km
A unique waterloft located in a beautiful marina on the Westeinderplassen. The water loft has all modern conveniences and a modern and luxurious finish.
The water'loft has a spacious living room with dining area, kitchen island and a nice sitting area with luxury TV. There is also an excellent screen door in the sliding door against mosquitoes and insects. From April to October you can enjoy an outdoor terrace with seating area on the decking. Through the corridor with separate toilet, you enter the sleeping quarters. There are two sleeping arrangements (1 King-size bed and 1 Queen-size bed) and an open bathroom. The beds are out of sight of each other but they are not two separate rooms.
The water loft gives an optimal holiday feeling. Enjoying on and by the water in the beautiful flower town of Aalsmeer. Located close to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
Aalsmeer, the flower village, is internationally known as the cradle of flower cultivation. With the eye-catcher, of course, being Flower Auction Royal FloraHolland, the world's largest marketplace for flowers and plants. Other absolute must-sees are the fragrant rose gardens of the Historical Garden, where plants and flowers awaken nostalgic feelings, and the museum of floral art: Flower Art Museum.
The water loft is also a great base to visit 1 of the nice beaches on the Dutch coast or other beautiful villages and towns in the area. And of course in spring the Keukenhof and the tulip fields.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook again. The place has a great layout and is kept up nicely. The check in/out process was seamless. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive.
This was our most unique and wonderful vacation rental ever! It is better than the photos and Anne is the BEST hostess ever, always responding to our messages within minutes and accommodating all of our special requests.
We loved being on the water, enjoying the views, as well as the peace and quiet of this unique neighborhood. And Aalsmeer is the cutest little town ever, with the AMAZING Flower Auction a short bus ride away.
Don’t miss staying in this water loft or what I would call a stationary house boat.
This was an awesome experience!! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The houseboat was adorable and exactly as advertised. We stayed as a group of 4, 2 couples, and it was very comfortable. The bedroom spaces are connected but we're all close friends and it worked very well. In fact, the bed was the most comfortable we had in 2 weeks of travel! Seeing sunset and sunrise over the water and neighboring boats was amazing and the setting is just serene. We had everything we needed to bring dinner in and enjoy it in the well-appointed kitchen and dining area. We relaxed in the evening playing cards and enjoying the comfortable living room area. We stayed only one night and we wished it was longer!
Myself and 2 family members chose the Aalsmeer houseboat to explore Amsterdam and Keukenhof gardens.
The houseboat is super cute. It’s a 35 minute walk to the bus station and we took an Uber for 10 euros because it was raining. Then bus to Hoofddorp to catch a train to Schiphol airport then on to Amsterdam Centraal station.
I ate at Del Harbor restaurant, about a 5-7 minute walk for dinner one night and it was delicious.
We wanted an affordable houseboat option and were very pleased with our choice. The host was very professional and helpful.
