Decent service cold room
Cold room and no double beds. Good friendly service. A little bit away from city but Easy enough connection to city and airport via bus 21or tram 19. Get 2 or 3 days bus ticket as single tickets expensive.

The room was much smaller than expected. We could barely walk around the bed without tripping. The towels were thin and small. There was no tissue available. The air/fan barely worked. The room had no window and was very stuffy. We felt like we were in an enclosed prison cell. The walls were dirty and had some graffiti on them and the bed linen was dingy. I did not feel comfortable in the room. For almost $200 a night, I would have expected more. The staff however, were excellent, helpful, and very polite.

Only a bus ride from central Amsterdam. Alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason, in desperate need to repaint all walls, safety deposit box was broken and bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in looks absolutely nothing like the photos on their website, first room the tv,fridge and air con didn’t even work, then when we swapped rooms we had a broken mirror, writing And marks on the walls and just generally a pretty ugly room, it’s a lot further out from the centre than what it says and the photos are misleading and I do not recommend to anyone to even consider staying at this hotel. More like a hostel.

It is sort of quirky for sure. It reminded me of some if the hotels ive stayed in Asia. But the bed was clean and very comfortable. The shower worked well and breakfast was very nice.The staff were really helpful and friendly too. So thats the main thing for us. But it is a little quirky, alarms seem to go off in the night for a short time. We had a nice view of a canal... Its a budget hotel... We enjoyed our stay.

Péssimo hotel, não indico!
Meu quarto era dentro do restaurante. Os travesseiros eram extremamente ruins, usei um moletom enrolado como travesseiro. Pedi por 2 dias seguidos e não havia travesseiros extras. O banheiro sempre ficava alagado quando tomava banho, a pia estava entupida e o vaso sanitário fora da altura padrão. Deve ter sido projetado para pessoas com mais de 2m de altura.

Looks nothing like advertised, walls filthy, wet room with drains that flood and the fire alarm went off every morning at around 2am... would not recommended and would suggest Expedia take the hotel off their site!!!

Good distance from tram and getting to central or dam is easy from here. Very multi-cultural area The staff were very friendly and polite! The rooms are decent size, enough for a bed and side table. Bathroom is nice and modern. The only thing i can pick at is that you can hear loud talking or walking outside as the rooms are on the same floor as reception There is a local supermarket just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel which was very useful

Absolutelu awful, troed to squeeze extra money iff us at evey chance they could. Fire alarm went off at 5am did not even receive an apology. Room was nothing like advertised.

Dirty, filled with spiders. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night while I was asleep because my travel partner was taking a hot shower!!!! Manager was not present when I was leaving that night extremely rude and started yelling when I left that night and asked for a refund

The property was was very well taken the room was clean with lots of space. Bathroom had a modern design to it and spacious too, the only downside was once you shower the whole bathroom floor was wet due to little coverage. The staff was very nice and helpful with a professional attitude to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The city centre wasn’t to far away with tram and bus links near by.

There was a strange smell in the room and the bathroom-reason could be that there was no window.Shower tap was broken and also some tiles in the bathroom on the floor. There was ongoing rework going on right next to the hotel starting between 6-7 am on weekdays The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The cleaners are very loud and inconsiderate of guests in the morning. We were woken up daily by the sound of the hoover banging against our door at 8am. The room was considerably smaller than advertised and the walls were covered in marks as if the furniture was moved carelessly between each guest visit. The only window in the room gave us a nice view of the hallway with no option to let any fresh air in... would not be staying again.

The room looked nothing like the images online. Rather than a nice and bright room, we arrived to a dark room barely larger than the bed itself. The bathroom was nice, but the bedroom walls were dirty and marked up. The TV is small, no wallpaper, no bright lamps. There was construction all above us. The cleaning attendants were incredibly loud in adjacent rooms. The rooms have large windows that open into the hallway, such that you hear everything and everyone in the halls, at reception and at the dining area. I would not recommend staying here if you wish to sleep well.

Paid for a superior twin room. Given standard room with no windows and sewage smell from bathroom. Management unable to correct room error for 2 nights of our 3 night stay. Would not recommend. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere

We would definitely go back!
The hotel was a 2 min walk from a tram stop that takes you to the outskirts of the city centre. The hotel was clean and the rooms were decent in size. The hotel staff were very chatty and friendly. There is currently work being done to the hotel however this did not ruin the experience. We would definitely go back and stay at Camp Inn Hotel.

Good stay. Construction never really bothered us. Not much noise from our room. Breakfast was good. Helpful front desk. Great shower. Although obvious webs and dust in areas cant be seen immediately. Sink was small and positioned awkwardly.

Currently the hotel building is under going construction works so we was meet by a wall of scaffolding. Once inside the hotel it was what we paid for. All set out on one floor. Rooms on the small side but we was only in our rooms to sleep. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels.

The property is still under construction which should be advertised to the guests. The pictures on the website are absolutely NOT what you get when you're there. The room is small, with NO window to the outside but a window to the corridor?! The shower curtain rail was wonky, nearly falling off. There was marks / scuffs all over the walls. The fire alarm goes off 2-3 times a day, once in the middle of the night. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unfortunately.
