It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks

Good property mid city location, family oriented

Quite(er) location on upscale mall road, mid way from station and golden temple. Normal rooms are large sized compared to all new hotels, well maintained with wheelchair space. Highly recommended for family. Only downside lawn partly converted to parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. While the property is a bit older, it is well-maintained, and the service truly makes up for any age-related shortcomings. The front desk staff, especially a girl named Shika, were exceptional. Both Shika and another young lady (whose name I regretfully can’t remember) were incredibly pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and their positive attitude really stood out. Despite the property's age, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff made it a memorable stay. The front desk team really enhanced the experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay

Old property but still good

Stayed for just one night . Property is quite old but still maintained , acceptable in all respects. Big lawns , safe parking , neat & clean ….. I would say value for money . I noticed some aircraft food trolleys of spice jet & air India and expected super breakfast but that was little disappointing. They need to improve on menu specially on quality of food . Overall it was a good stay .

They don’t have a cancellation policy at the hotel so when we needed to reduce our stay by one night they offered to pay for the food we had in restaurant, but they didn’t honour this and only accepted ~ £7 instead of ~£40. The WiFi in the hotel is atrocious. It’s not near any attractions either. We were overcharged a whopping 750Rs to transfer to the railway. No air con either.

I stayed there for one day; I wanted to extent my stay but decided to change hotels. This hotel is roomy and located in the middle of everything. You just come out of the hotel and you will get everything; from food to shopping. That is the ONLY good thing I found. I didn’t get WiFi during my entire despite calling multiple times to front office. Room heater didn’t work past 19, and called multiple times on noisy children. Extremely noisy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Borzasztó hotel. 2 barátom kicsekkolt a szobából 5 percen belül és inkább másik hotelbe ment. Rettenetes penész, és kocs, mocsok. Több barátom szobájában a szellőzőből jöttek ki a csótányok. A reggelikor vettük észre, hogy a kenyeres dobozban is csótányok mászkálnak. A szobában ahol volt mennyezeti ventillátor az olyan hangos volt, ha ment éjjel, akkor amellett nem lehet aludni. Ha nem ment, akkor meleg volt. Senkinek nem ajánlom :(

Rossz, sőt szörnyű. 2 barátom elhagyta a hotelt a becsekkolás után. A szobák piszkosak, az ágyneműk foltosak. Több szoba penészes, de nagyon. Ez általános sajnos. A reggeli mégrosszabb volt. A tartó, amiben volt a kenyér abban csótányok mászkáltak. Így nem akartunk reggelizni sem. A szobákban van mennyezeti ventilátor. Olyan hangos, úgy zörög, ha megy, akkor nem fogsz aludni. Sajnos ezért az árért ez egy szörnyű hotel. Keress másikat.
