Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When we checked in they did not have our booking, took one hour to prove that we booked. The rooms that were given to us were completely different than shown in pictures. On top, We paid for breakfast $7 per person for 6 people for 3 days, they didnt have any kitchen in their hotel.
Still waiting for the refund. They offered a little refund in indian rupees however i paid in canadian dollar so i did not accept it.
Bedsheets and blankets were not clean, we asked for a replacement blanked never got it as the one we got was too smelly.
We booked two rooms for 6 people and they gave us only 2 towels per room and next day you have to request new towels. No hand towels were provided. Hand soap was not filled in. There was no room service phone on the room.
We were out of water few times and then have to go downstairs to inform them that we have no water.
Terrible experience.
I am not sure if expedia or they will be refunding my breakfast money, looking for assistance on this.
