The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great offerings at breakfast and good restaurant choices nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally big room. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Everyone was eager to help. They were at task at all times. Room service was also great. Restaurant at the hotel is an experience on itself as the view to the zocalo square is breathtaking and the food was delicious. Safe but a bit chaotic location. Walking distance to all historic center sites- saving a lot of time in As a guest you take the iron door elevator as many times as you want. Just call Alejandro and he takes you. Definitely a great stay!!

Casa Decu was a perfect location to stay during our visit to Mexico City. The area was very safe, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the people at the desk spoke English well. The rooftop breakfast was perfect and the room was very comfortable. It did have many stairs, but that was not a problem for us.

This hotel has excellent service. My kids got sick. They have a doctor you can call to get service. The nurse came within an hour, set up IVs and medication. The sheets were changed at 3 am. They have 24/7 cleaning service. Very grateful and pleased with all the attention. They have nurses that take your blood pressure on call since Mexico city is in high elevation. The restaurants were very good. I would certainly come back to this hotel.

A fabulous stay! ✨The hotel is so chic and cute and clean and modern. Obviously the location is really quite attractive. The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you personally. I want to especially thank Max, Natalia, and Adriana! Truly, they made each day I stayed here so much better with their warmth and joy. I also appreciated how there is 24/7 security!
