"Hi, Unfortunately, this apartment is not in good condition. It is very dated and urgently needs major renovations. In the bedroom, paint from the ceiling is falling off, and the bathroom is in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. The kitchen is poorly equipped: there are no enough forks or spoons, and there is no table where one can eat properly. "I would like to express my appreciation for my recent stay at your hotel. I found the hotel's proximity to various tourist attractions to be quite convenient. Additionally, the neighborhood is both pleasant and conducive to walking. The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, and the breakfast selection was quite impressive, offering a wide range of options with the staff being notably kind and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom in my room, as well as the spacious and enjoyable balcony; however, I noted the absence of furniture on the balcony, which would have enhanced the experience. Overall, I had a delightful stay at your hotel and would be pleased to return in the future."
