"The location was good, walking distance to city center. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor anytime we asked a question and made us feel like we were bothering them. There is no concierge to answer questions about excursions or directions Not accommodating at all. The rooftop access was very limited. The outdoor access to the rooftop was closed for “remodeling”. This amenity was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, wanted to relax at night with a view of the acropolis. They won’t allow you to sit in the inside rooftop area without ordering food and they don’t serve food all day. The bed was hard and the rooms were very noisy although that may just be Athens. I would not stay again and would definitely not recommend it."
