"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was generously sized, clean and well presented, and breakfast was a good spread to set you up for the day. Finding the entrance on arrival was a little tricky, though that's more a familiarity thing than a reflection on the place itself. Would happily return and recommend."

"We had a wonderful holiday stay over the Christmas and New Year 2025 in a beautiful lodge. The cleanliness of the cabin surprised us, as we had packed a bag of cleaning supplies for the fridge, floors, bathroom, etc., having learned from our experiences in luxury lodges and apartments that we often need to clean them ourselves. Here everything was polished and spotless. We noticed that everything in the cabin was new! the owners had thought of every detail. Thank you for a fantastic stay! Additionally, the views were stunning, and there were plenty of places to walk with our dog, which is very important to us."

"We, friends and family 14 people , all adults , educated and mannered people stayed in Vijay garden from 4th July to 7th July left.parents and children Not youngsters only.The behaviour and support of the property owner and his wife is very rude. No customer care nor know how to speak with mannerism.everything in the property is cheap items and does not work.Before cottage.com advertise this property please assess.Property owner blame you for switching off a normal switch which does not indicate donot be switched off.He remotely switch off many things without letting us know so to make us know the item is not working.One of them was the projector.We will never recommend this property to anyone.The owner have not returned our deposit and still waiting for it"

"What a super stay! Beautiful location. Lovely, quiet area. The place was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space within for our 3 night stay. The view from the place was lovely, watching the geese and ducks on the pond and the sheep and lambs in the field. The hosts, Karen and Tony, we very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we left feeling more like friends. The icing on the cake.....being allowed to feed Rambo the lamb - fantastic!! Can't fault a thing and we will definitely return when visiting family. "
