The hotel is in the student area of Amman as it’s near the university and as a result, there are lists of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms were big and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Clean hotel, too much smoking in restaurant

Very nice hotel with large rooms, well appointed bathrooms and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful and easy parking. The only thing I didn’t think was cool was the amount of smoking in the breakfast area, including employees who are smoking which seems super unprofessional and just dirty when you are trying to eat.

Good

Overall good stay. Got a twin bedroom, although wanted a king/queen bed. Since the room was on ground floor, always had smoke smell in the room as people smokes in the reception. Was not great for a nonsmoker. Promised an upgrade to upper floor and kingsized bed, but never got it. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and served good breakfast as well.
