I had a wonderful experience at this hotel located in Amman Boulevard. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the shopping mall and the beautiful Boulevard Walk, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the biggest highlights was the staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel at home. Considering the great location and service, the price was very reasonable. It’s definitely great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman, whether for business or leisure.

Very bad experience

We stayed last year In downtown hotel for the first time , it was family friendly , clean ، cauzy with helpful and thoughtful staff … unfortunately this year it was very disappointing…. Starting from our check in night bed sheets were disgusting with short hair on it as if a man was sleeping before us ! Then we asked for a baby crib , they brought us a strange crib with very dirty mattress sheets and a lot of stains !! Then came the surprise I was parking my rented car in the underground hotel parking when I found in the morning the car was hitted and a major damaged was obvious …and only when my husband insisted to see the CCTV when the staff admitted he hit and run !!! We had a guest coming to visit and they did not allow them to park neither take their car for valet parking !!Not to mention the poor customer service ,, poor communication skills of the receptionist , slow response to anything , the housekeeping will not clean the bathroom sink or vacuum the floor or do the dusting yn5il we ask for .. the floor is very dirty with hair in the corners …. My feet bottom turned black after all !!! My infant feet were black as well whenever he walks bare feet …… it’s not worthy the price … will never come back … they don’t deserve one star !!!!
