Few things to be improved for a 4 star hotel, but I had a very nice stay. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is ok. The quality/price ratio is very high in Amman.

Good stay and location.
We stayed 2 times in the hotel. We had an nice stay. Sometimes there are weddings in the garden till 0000 a clock. Breakfast is ok. The only thing is that the Breakfast staff are very slow. There where like 4 people butt working slow and not looking or somebody needs anything.
The housekeeping lady does a great job. Cleaned the room verry good.
I asked the staff to repair my room air condition but waited and waited in the very hot room without any response or action to I discontinued my stay there!
Food can be improved since other service are good. Besides, excellent quality of red wine 2009 Jordan.

Reasonable hotel in diplomatic area
Good staff, but hotel itself is rather "yesterday". Tired, heavy furniture etc. Location is good for quiet streets, but seems to be a long way from anywhere unless you are a diplomat. There is a curious and expensive "duty free" shop in the car park. Other reviewers complained about breakfast. It is actually not bad, but like the hotel, needs sprucing up and being better presented. The place just needs some love and some money. The staff are very helpful.
Very old hotel in a nice area. Walk to city center was okay (approx. 1 hour)
Staff was ok - breakfast simple without service.
Bugs in the bed and around.

Quite and relaxing
I just used the hotel for sleep and shower. It was really quite and relaxing.
2 minutes walk to a main road but far from any market or mall.
The staff were nice and helpful.
very good hotel. Located in nice cozy location with very nice family area. Almost 5 minutes walking to the main road. Personal service in world class and you will just enjoy your stay. The only minus is the breakfast you can find better choices outside in the downtown. I recommend century hotel to everyone. You will enjoy it.

Hotel is Ok for the price.
Had to change room two times. Room furniture need to be updated. Good and quiet lobby. Breakfast Buffet was included but choices were limited. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful.
I am definitely coming back. This hotel is associated with a travel and tourism college. The staff, professional and student trainees, were models of hospitality. My room sat over a rose garden. I regularly opened the window to listen to the song birds and enjoy the breeze. Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful hot chocolate. I loved sitting outside and just enjoying the grounds and nice view.
