Mauvaise communication.

Quand je suis arrivĂ©, la porte d'entrĂ©e Ă©tait fermĂ©e et il n'y avait aucune rĂ©ponse sur le haut-parleur de sĂ©curitĂ© !! J'ai dĂ» appeler l'hĂŽtel pour parler Ă  quelqu'un. De plus, lorsque je suis parti, j'ai dit au personnel que je partirais tĂŽt le lendemain. Lorsque j'ai quittĂ© l'hĂŽtel, la rĂ©ception Ă©tait fermĂ©e, j'ai donc dĂ©posĂ© ma carte dans la boĂźte de dĂ©pĂŽt et je suis sorti pour trouver la porte fermĂ©e. Le problĂšme Ă©tait que je n'avais pas de code pour sortir et je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans l'hĂŽtel ! J'ai essayĂ© de sonner mais aucune rĂ©ponse ? Heureusement, un autre client de l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait rĂ©veillĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et j'ai utilisĂ© sa carte pour sortir par la porte principale ! À ce moment-lĂ , j'Ă©tais dĂ©jĂ  en retard.
