The entrance/parking lot had too much ice that should have been salted a lot more. The staff were very nice and willing to accommodate. Thanks for a last minute reservation that kept us safe during the storm!

The young man at the front desk was very polite. I appreciate that. The temperature in our room when we arrived was set to 90°! That was odd. The bathroom door closes if you use a little bit of muscle. The breakfast had a variety of foods. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a very convenient location and was more than adequate for our needs. Thank you.

The entire facility seemed like sulfur. The hot tub was out of service. The heat was not turned on in the room when we arrived, and the outside temperature was in the single digits. The clerk explained how he had been sick with sinner sort of virus for the previous three days, so we didn’t really want to touch anything. There was a dried up cloth left in the tub. The breakfast want very good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The coffee was okay. It was clean overall and nice facilities.

Great stay!

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed. Spacious suite with 2 chairs & a couch. Bedroom in a separate room. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub.

The hit tub was out of service. The sink in my room was clogged or something - took forever to drain. I didn't bring it to attention as we were busy and wasn't a big deal. These 2 tiny things aside....Myra and all staff were awesome! Would stay again!!

The staff and room were great. There were always snacks in the lobby in the afternoon, not sure if it was because of the cyclones/hawk game, but it was a plus. The only downfall was we didn’t have hot water in the shower, hot water in the sink but not the shower. So not sure if that would defer us staying again.

Staff and breakfast were great. Pool was nice but the floors around pool area were dirty. Room was ok but bathrooms had no shampoo or bodywash and the tub was dirty.
