"Pros. 1. Hotel was big and relatively clean 2. Food was decent. Mexican restaurant food was okay but service was slow. Italian restaurant was good. Jing was decent. Overall food was decent but not spectacular. 3.Drinks were great and options were wide. 4. Being on Maho Beach was amazing. 5. Hotel was in a nice location with stores and places to hang out outside the hotel. Cons. 1. Kiddies pool needs updating. There were also flies in the water. 2. The slides in the main pool: one was never open as the staff said it was broken. The slower slide that was open was closed most of the day as there was no lifeguard. On the Friday of our stay, the lifeguard closed the slide and went to join in the "very adult" entertainment in the swim up bar pool. The kids were left without a slide to use. 3. On the day in question (in point 2) we actually had to leave the pool because the behavior of the adults and entertainment staff in the swim up bar pool was VERY INAPPROPRIATE for children and teens. There seemed to have been multiple weddings in the hotel that day/weekend that brought some guests with inappropriate behaviour CONSIDERING THIS IS A FAMILY RESORT. 4. The Cafe needed better coffee and warm pastries. Everything was cold. The press they had to warm up sandwiches etc was not working. 5. Beds were very small. Queen beds needed."

"Location was great with excellent views of the ocean from both balconies. The unit provided lots of space for 4 people. The air conditioning worked great and beds were very comfortable! Disappointed that the pool bar was not open during our stay which was not made clear when booked. Although there is a lot of restaurants within walking distance, there is not suitable sidewalks/walking paths and often have to walk in the street.."

"I'm extremely, grateful to Alicia as the host of this property. She was prompt and efficient in her responses. There was not one thing that I needed that she did not provide. Even things, like beach towels, that I didn't have to ask for, she made sure to provide. The unit was so, clean!! Trust me, I'm super meticulous when it comes to strange spaces, germs, cleanliness and smells. I had absolutely, no issues with her place. It was perfect!! I genuinely, felt cozy and at home. The unit's in a great location. Easily, accessible to Maho Beach, Simpson Bay and Airport in one direction and the other which easily, directs you to the French side of the island. I will only be booking with Alicia going forth and can't wait to return. Thanks for the genuine hospitality "

"Just needs a little more attention to the condo. The in laws had another one condo upstairs w/ same floor plan that was so much better decorated and furnished. Living room tv, washer and ice maker needs some attention. Could be so much better but still nice overall. Great oceanfront view and service from the front desk. They pool and overall property was great. Loved that the property was gated and well secure"
