"Standard hotel room and served its purpose well. The lobby was beautiful and was an easy check in/out. Staff at front desk were very helpful letting us know to use the street car as it’s free and takes you down to Keybank center."

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

"The host, Chuck, was exceptional. I forgot a few items and he was very accommodating in facilitating getting them to my sister to mail to me the next day. The house has great bones, but is still a work in progress. The description has some inaccuracies, particularly regarding the garden. The pictures have been "adjusted" using AI and are not quite accurate. In addition, I do think the description should alert you that the owner is living on premises - he is on the third floor and has a separate entrance and we did not see this as any inconvenience. He and his dog Capone were lovely."
