Perfect accommodations for our group

The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in the perfect location with access to many restaurants and cultural sites. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer! Communication was excellent and instructions were clear.

Super comfortable and cozy house for larger groups

We stay over the weekend for work. We were 7, and sleep very comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable with a good coffee shop nearby. The communication with the host was spotless

Visiting Daughter at Canisius University

Property was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one day but it was a very enjoyable experience, much better than our family members (8) staying in separate hotel rooms. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Stay

Great spot for a group of 10! They had every kitchen item you could imagine, the check-in/checkout process was smooth, and we were able to park without issue. We had a great weekend in Buffalo and for the Bills game!

Solid option in the 5 points neighborhood

This is a prime location for setting up folks with a good stay in Buffalo. Several restaurants, coffee/breakfast spots, a yoga studio, and specialty wine shop are right within walking distance in the 5 points neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Very pleasant experience!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Lots of character and very cozy! We were in Buffalo for the Hockey game so the location was perfect for commuting. Christine was a gracious host and would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome experience

This worked out perfect for our family gathering . There were 9 of us and the bedrooms worked out perfect . The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed for our 2 day stay in Buffalo! I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Buffalo !

A sleeper of a property!

Great property. Plenty of room(s), parking and access to the city. Quiet neighborhood with a surprising amount of amenities: bars, bakery, coffee shop, high end restaurant, bistro. Our rental house was clean and comfortable. I will be back. Go Bills!

Really a wonderful place!

I was traveling with 8 of my family members, for a total of 9 people. I would say the place only really sleeps 9, but the two sleeper sofas were incredibly comfortable and could accommodate two more adults. It was clean. It was comfortable and inviting. The sunlight on the second floor was really nice throughout the day. Street parking was easy. The restaurants and bakeries within a couple of blocks were great local places! It was really easy to communicate with the host and they were helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat. 10/10 would recommend! 5 stars overall.

Great for dogs

My brother and I were driving back from Boston to Chicago and needed a halfway point stop that would allow us to being a handful of dogs. This place was great and was a wonderful place to rest our heads and let the pups out of the car for a few hours.
