You've got shopping and restaurant options just steps away. An ice rink is across the street. Absolutely loved everything. "

"Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid."
