THE ACCOMMODATION
A small house, modern and fully equipped. I make sure that you do not lack anything, in order to have a restful and relaxing stay.
Bed with memory foam 160x200.

Ideally located less than 1 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre where you will have to cross the Loire via the Pont du Maréchal Leclerc which has just been renovated and equipped for pedestrians, bicycles and cars. A splendid view of the castle awaits you.

House located in a quiet condominium of 8 apartments with secure gate and 2 parking spaces.
Ideal location near the Levée de la Loire for a car ride if you want to visit the region. There is also the Loire à vélo which is a must-see circuit!

The unit is not equipped with a carbon monoxide detector since the heaters are recent and well maintained.

From Vierzon / Bourges and Angers:
By A85 motorway, exit 11: Sublaines, Bléré, Amboise (Amboise 15 km away).

The Loire by bike, 600 km of developed lanes from Sully-sur-Loire to the Nantes estuary.


GUEST INTERACTION
I try as much as possible to carry out the departures and arrivals of travellers. However, if my schedule does not allow it, an autonomous arrival system by key box is installed.

You will have at your disposal all the basic elements for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt etc.)
Toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels provided.

The house is rented to you clean. I don't take any or very little cleaning costs to avoid an additional financial burden, in return, I thank you for making the place as you found it.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
My two favourite restaurants are l'îlot and Chez Bruno.

L'îlot: French cuisine not to be missed. Fresh and local products, mainly from the Amboise market, prepared in an original way. A perfect recipe for your taste buds...
