"Good overall, food was great, really nice breakfast and tea time meal, bedroom was nice, bathroom was small but done the trick, shame no biscuits in the room with the tea bags. The spa was quite disappointing, needs decorating, too many people in there and loads of kids, not relaxing at all! The jacuzzi was only a little warm, the sauna and steam rooms were both cold, disappointed with the spa! "

The very generous welcome pack even included a lovely doggy treat bag, such a lovely and much appreciated touch. Excellent communication from start to finish.
