"Used the Motel6 App for booking reservations. Once I selected the room I wanted and used my credit card to reserve the selected room, my confirmation would show a different room.
Also, when calling the front desk to ask for correction of the selected room, I could not understand the lady who answered the phone, therefore I could not get the issue resolved."
