The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is pretty close to a concert venue there, but beyond that it was a pretty average stay. The room could have been cleaner - we had some ants in the room and it smelled heavily like bleach when we first walked in- and the hot water was like warm, at best, and not just during peak usage hours.

There is protection to be a good facility but I have stayed twice and had issues both times. First time there was still items left in the room from the previous occupant ( dog dish) and this time the tub drain cover flew off when the water was turned on. No hot water, no TV remote, and multiple black marks on walls.

The Lady who checked me out wasn't at the desk for 10 minutes. When I mentioned waiting 10 minutes, she said I was exagerting in a snotty tone. This lady was miserable, and very eager to show it! When I was eating my breakfast she told me to turn off my phone/TV even though nobody else was in there and the volume was low. The woman is toxic, and I'd never stay there again because of that person.

I wanted to bring several concerns to your attention regarding our room: • The front door does not lock at all, which is a major safety issue and a violation of basic guest security. • The bathroom door was already broken upon arrival. • There appears to be a HUGE ant problem in the room with in 10 mins of accidental crumb dropping • We also discovered a beer in the fridge that was not ours when we checked in. I am very concerned, particularly about the front door not locking. I kindly ask that these issues be addressed immediately!

Staff was kind and polite but the hotel itself is in absolute shambles and brimming with cursed energy. The elevator gets stuck on any one of 3 total floors, one of the stairwells was “taped off” for whatever reason so mobility was a pain. Our first room had dirty water everywhere so they moved us, the second room had stained bedspreads and ants. We didn’t have a choice but to sleep there, so at least the beds were comfortable and the sheets felt clean. Also there was no free breakfast.

I accidently booked a monday instead of a friday night and the management would not refund my money. This hotel is a complete joke of a business. The lobby area smells bad too.

Not recommended.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the bath tub faucet hardly worked. I could not open the faucet because it was so old and should have been replaced years ago. My daughter had to pull out the faucet knob for me so I could take a shower. Towels were old and thin. No coffee maker in the room. The phone didn’t work when I tried calling down to reception area to complain. The elevator didn’t work the 4 days we stayed there. We had little sugar ants in our room. The complimentary breakfast was almost non existent. There was coffee and packaged muffins. That was it.

The rooms have been completely remodeled and updated. Our room was very clean and we most definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Got to the hotel, the refrigerator was iced up and the door would not close. There were no shelves in the fridge. Moved the fridge to break up some of the ice and a dozen or more cockroaches scattered all over the wall. We told the front desk that we would be checking out the next day. After contacting all parties involved, neither the hotel nor Expedia would refund my money, which ultimately cost me an additional $ 1,100.00. I will never use Expedia again. I got the impression from the chats that I was somehow to blame for my family's inconvenience.

The gentleman at check in was very nice and helpful with check in. The room itself wasn’t the worst but had a very sour mildew-like smell coming from the bathroom. Once I cranked the A/C, the smell was not as noticeable. Comforters on both beds had stains on them. When I took a shower, the smoke alarm went off in the room. When I checked out I told the front staff and she said it always happens. If this is something that is known, management should replace the detector, or at least warn the guest before checking in. I had to get out of the shower to make sure the place wasn’t on fire, then take the battery cover off the detector to stop it from going off. I’ve stayed in worse places but it’s got some problems.

The price was good for a 3 night stay. The water in the shower was ice cold Monday and Tuesday. We told them Tuesday morning. When we returned Tuesday night no one had been in the room. The room was not cleaned, trash wasn’t emptied, nor were clean towels and washcloths put in the room. I had to go and get them. The ice cold shower was not fixed, so it was sponge bath in the sink. The shower was finally fixed on Wednesday. The room was cleaned except for the floor. My socks were filthy from walking on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. There was a packaged muffin, coffee, orange juice or apple juice. That’s all.
