"Front staff was amazing. Answer all our questions and offered information on exploring the island. They really took wonderful care of us, with excellent customer service. Hotel is older but well cared for. Relaxing pool, excellent air conditioning and restaurant on site. Only improvement needed is to upgrade the beds. "

"My wife is in a wheelchair and we could not have navigated the beach sand or loading on/off the boats without their assistance. We lived in Hawaii for 10 years only in retirement have we actually took time to slow down and relax. Best vacation ever. Crystal clear waters. Staff that becomes family. Good food, drinks, and song. Thanks for the memories. "The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better. "
