Please wash any dishes/utensils that you may use. The dish rack and pad are underneath the sink (just left of the trash can).
Place all used towels into wicker basket located in the bathroom.
Trash bin is located just southeast of the property (in alleyway).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guest will park in the rear of residence via alleyway off SW 15th (east side of Fannin St.). The backyard to main residence is private.
Please respect your surroundings and your noise levels especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
In case of violation of our house rules we reserve the right to take appropriate actions i.e. charge extra fees for cleaning or cancel the reservation

Get away stay in Amarillo

The apartment was lovely. Great location to go to Route 66 and wander the shops and grab coffee. We enjoyed hiking in the canyon and golfing at a couple courses nearby. Thanks for creating a great space to stay in.

Amazing experience

We loved to stay in this place! Very clean, cozy and well located. The property owner Tennessee is an amazing host, very nice lady, communicative and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Delightful home ……

Artful, cozy, quiet. It was easy to get to and easy to regain our highway route!The home was very clean and the host was absolutely so helpful and responsive. We arrived at sunset and left in the morning so visiting the area was not part of our journey lan but we will stay here again when we travel through next time.

Relaxing retreat in historic Amarillo neighborhood

We had a great 3 days and 2 nights stay at Barbara Ann’s Loft. Tennessee was a great host and very responsive to emails and text. And the loft is great! One of the best places we've stayed since starting to stay at online rental properties. Both the location and the amenities are top notch. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in Amarillo

Downtown Studio

Cute loft apartment!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our visit with Amarillo family! Tennessee was a wonderful hostess, the apartment was nicely updated and very clean, and it was a little adventure instead of a hotel. We would do this again!

Quaint and cozy spot!

This loft is a cozy spot with all of the essentials. Tennessee was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The loft had everything we needed and a few surprises (the electric blanket was a nice touch in addition to the dim function on the kitchen light!). The neighborhood was also really unique, and my husband and I enjoyed walking our dog and looking at the different architecture styles of the neighborhood.

Lovely loft

This loft is a little gem, featuring artwork from a local artist. Tennessee was very prompt in communications. Quiet neighborhood. The only reason for the 4star is it is accessed and located on an alley which isn’t well maintained. (Not the hosts fault as it is of course shared with many houses) Would stay again if in Amarilli :)

This is our Go-To for Amarillo

First of all I must brag on Ms. Tennessee, what a pleasant person. She was so sweet and helpful. She turned the lights on because we were getting there late and even kept the place available after my husband left just in case he changed his mind because of the storm moving in. Most of all she likes my pet!! We have been staying in hotels weekly due to our business, but because of this little place and Tennessee we will be doing VRBO from here on out!

Perfection!

Whew! What a trip. My partner and I were driving up to Denver, CO from Austin, TX and were looking for an overnight stay to break the trip up. We had our two pups (Boxers) with us and luckily, this property not only accommodates dogs, the owners have dogs of their own and are incredibly amenable. They were so compassionate about our puppy companions, checked in with us about our arrival process and departure. They were so understanding about our late arrival along with the barking of the neighborhood dogs as we walked them in the evening. The property was exceptional; the perfect location, great kitchenette and amenities, I could not have asked for a better experience. Tennessee (property contact) was so kind, incredibly communicative, recommended parks / open areas that would be conducive for puppy breaks and was generally wonderful. My partner and I talked about it after, what a lovely place and stay we had; I am bookmarking this property for future stays. Whether you're on your way through or just looking for a great place to stay in Amarillo, stay here and you won't be disappointed! P.S. I don't know if it was the soap the owner provides or the water quality, my skin felt like butter after my morning shower! I inquired about it after we left and she sent me a photo! So kind.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! I stayed as a stopover between Denver and Dallas. In the past I would stay at hotels and get zero sleep with doors slamming all hours of the night. Her place is truly quiet and tranquil. Super convenient to the highway, and she provides so many lovely conveniences from snacks to dog bags! I highly recommend her place.

Love this fantastic little unit. It's tucked away behind a house with access via the alley. It's wonderfully and thoughtfully updated and decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this unit and host!
