"When we arrived we were told that the elevator was broken. Permanently broken. We were asked if we still wanted to stay. We said yes as we thought it would be okay. The room was okay. Some of the lamps did not work. The AC unit was loud. We found hair in the freezer and there were was no bath mat, no shampoo, and the couch had a huge stain on it. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were permanently closed. The breakfast was subpar as well. "

"The room was marginally clean my room still had the deodorizer that is shaken on the carpet not vacuumed up. The breakfast was mediocre. But the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable enough."

"Honestly, so much dirtier than I was expecting based on its 9/10 rating. I don’t mind an older hotel when it’s well maintained but this one left me feeling disappointed and very relieved we were there for only one night. Corners of the room were filled with dust and the walls have never been wiped down. It was quite gross. It was apparent that years of drinks had been spilled on the wall behind the beds. The curb appeal of this place is amazing and the pool area is really lovely. But I would not want to sleep in a room there again unless they make some big changes."

"Staff an owner was very accomodsting and hospitable. It is a unique placeto stay..if you are travelling wirh young ones,this is the hotel.indoor playground and pool..arcade and fish pond and fountain inside...rooms were very clean and spacious."
