The beddings are smelly. The sheets looks clean but when you are lying down on it, you can smell a moldy smell from the pillows and bed. Also, I have insect bites in my back. There must be bed bugs on it. The food on the restaurant is good.

The hotel room condition is not the cleanest but the lobby, breakfast, the working area, and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you want a hotel close to the airport.

The lobby and service is great but the rooms are so run down and old. Everything looks like it's falling apart and the carpets are so dirty!

Easy walking distance from airport, although when I took the wrong (longer) route, the check-in receptionist took pity on me and gave me a beer! There seemed to be quite a few restaurant options nearby and unfortunately I did not have breakfas tin the hotel as I had a very early flight. Would stay again if I had another long airport layover

This property is in the midst of a renovation. Some of the pictures for the property are for the updated rooms. Our reservation was lost and we were then upgraded to an outdated old room for our inconvenience. The carpets were dirty and stained and the bed was extremely uncomfortable

Close to COP and a good value.
A very good stay. Nothing fancy or spectacular regarding the property. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was perfect for what we were craving.

Close to the airport
Reception floor had a smell of drain water. Only booked this hotel as it is close to the airport. Mattress is terrible, so soft, or just old. Corridor lights are missing lamp shades, can see the bulb and wires. Good grief, only 1 tea bag and 2 coffee staws left, very stingy. At least there are 2 grocery stores, open early until late, across and next to the hotel. There is a small fridge at the reception level to keep milk ect, also a microwave to warm food ect.

The hotel is OK for the price. But the very sketchy interned and the requirement to ASK for room cleaning were a little too much.

I have visited Copenhagen numerous times over the years. Finding a hotel in this price range so close to the airport was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was a little basic, but bearing in mind the price, it served my purpose well. Bar and dining options in the hotel were limited (breakfast only) but there were some good restaurants close by - a great pizza place directly across the street, and a fantastic sushi restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. Soundproofing could be better - I was on the first floor and could hear what sounded like an aerobics class underneath me so well I could have been in the room with them. However, for the price, the hotel still represents great value.

Very convenient hotel to spend a night close to CPH airport. There are some dining and shopping options nearby. Breakfast was amazing and available from very early in the morning. Staff was super friendly; they made our quick stay very enjoyable.

Just a quick trip before flying the next day, but the front desk staff were very helpful in regard to shopping questions. The rooms on the top floor facing the water have a beautiful view of the sunrise. Everything seemed clean and the bed was ok.

The staff was very polite. Although the hotel is close to the airport it is very outdated. The carpets in hallways are dirty, the rooms smelled like mildew and musty. The carpet in the room was filthy. There was a lot of mildew in bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good which is the only reason I didn't give an overall of poor.
