We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had the best cappuccino made by Sojaila the morning after we arrived. The property is set in a mango grove. I stepped onto the balcony to a chorus of colorful birds. All areas were clean. The pool was beautiful. Security was present at all times. It felt like an oasis. Highly recommended
My only complaint was noise level. Could hear everything from next room. Otherwise was excellent

The Radisson was recommended as safe by former residents from the canal zone. We spent a day in PC between Boquete and Gamboa to see some of the history of the country. The pool could use a little refurbishment and the hallways and lobby need a good sweeping.
Not the newest place but its well kept and clean. Enjoyed the great pool and the fitness Center. Also enjoyed watching the great view of the ships going by.
Prices for food and drinks were reasonable
Check in was very nice and quick. Room was very dated and in need of updating with rusty tub and marked up tiles.
Food options were dismal with the breakfast buffet being cold and over priced and TGIFridays service being non existing and rude. The one bright part of the stay was the coffee shop young lady ( young short and small framed). She worked hard and always smiled and seemed happy to help me. The other was a manager at TGIFridays named Angel. Bright smile and helped me get served and processed when I was short changed once and ignored other times. I did have drinks at the Lobby bar and they were nice but no English and they disappeared often. I ate at the Lobby bar a few times and the food was good.
This hotel sits on the canal. No service at the pool. Couldnt find anyone to serve us at the lobby bar.
Bed lumpy and a/c so loud when it kicked in so i couldnt sleep.
If you don't have other choices youll be fine here
I like that the Air Conditioning worked.
No fluent English speaking personnel on staff.
rusty bathtub, not enough towels at pool area.
Breakfast buffet not worth money, cold eggs
Staff was excellent and helpful, thought there could have been more activities at the hotel. Dining around the property, service was terrible and we actually walked out of a restaurant after a 1.5 hour wait for service.
Great views of ships passing through the entrance of the Panama Canal and Bridge of the Americas. Very pleasant outdoor pool. Walkable to nearby brewery. Common areas are a little worn but rooms are clean. Good value overall.
I had a terrific time vacationing in Panama and was very relaxing as well. The staff at the Radisson Hotel at the Panama Canal was very courteous and helpful. Radisson helped make my vacation to Panama a memorable and Therapeutic experience.
The windows are really old..you pay for ocean view that you cannot see. The door of the balcony was off the track hard to open and there was a stick for a lock..just a dump. We used to stay there all the time and now we will NEVER give them our business.. lobby couches are dirty, elevator sticky...gone way down hill.

It was nice to be on Panama Canal, watch cruise ships go by and see the bridge over the canal
