"Great hotel very modern great bathroom with heated floor at night and very quiet! GYM was ridiculously high end with everything you need. Down side for me was the pillows and the area was a little industrial but there was a big shopping mall across the road which was very convenient. "

My room was one floor up from the ground floor ( 1st Floor) the carpets in the hallways are very badly worn and torn. The carpet in my room looked awful. "Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff! Room is much better than I remember from ten years ago, 5 star now. Booked this to be able to have the special ‘Sound of Music’ movie connection. As a note, contrary to what I had read on another website … the temporary S. of M. museum (that is opening in 2026 at ‘Hellbrunn ‘) artifacts are NOT located at the ‘Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron’."
