Die Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert, es war draußen schon zu heiß. Der Weg bis zum See mit Badestelle war sehr kurz, max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in de Innenstadt und am Dom. Cons: Die Straße vor dem Haus hat Kopfsteinpflaster, daher hört man die vorbeifahrenden Autos lauter als bei normalem Straßenbelag. Deshalb ein kleiner Abzug bei der Lage. Aber: Fenster zu auf der Straßenseite, dann geht`s besser :)"
