Nice apartment but the bed was very small. The apartment was also hot even with the radiators turned off. I was billed for the city tax after I returned home with no instruction on how to pay.

Everything was as discribed online. Walkable to the Zemtrum, shops, restaurants, train station. Susanne was always making sure we had everything we needed. Answered all questions and/or requesr on a timely fashion. This place is EXCELLENT. Will definitely recomend this property and will definitely go back.. Thank you Breea

Very mixed; be aware of limits
Started off bad, didn't get better. Staff insists guests use WhatsApp for all communications and are not at all prepared when they are unable to do so. No advance preparation message -- was unaware by property description that "serviced apartment" was limited to a single cleaning each week; there is no evening or weekend management; guests must purchase own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc.); appliances are not simple to use (and mine didn't all work at move-in; needed assistance to get going); staff entered unit without advanced notice or permission while I was away. I also felt they were blaming me for all the communication problems (frequently commented that if I'd only had WhatsApp there would have bene no issue, which I doubt). The units are very nice; the property is centrally located; and security is good. Good for short stays, if you don't need to cook or very long stays, if everything works. I was there one week and it did not suit my needs.

Mich hat der vorherige Telefonkontakt , in dem ich noch ein paar Fragen klären konnte schon im Vorfeld zuversichtlich gestimmt. Was fehlte, war eine direkte Ansprache zu Beginn des Aufenthalt. Nur durch Zufall konnte uns eine Mitarbeiterin, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, weiterhelfen. Am letzten Abend um 23 Uhr funktionierte eine Einlasskarte nicht mehr. Wenn wir keine zweite gehabt hätten oder ich alleine gereist wär ,hätte ich nicht gewusst was ich machen soll. Im Bereich des Treppenhauses und dem Eingangsbereich des Hauses war ein leicht moderiger Geruch.

Das einchecken ist etwas umständlich, weil im Haus kein Personal ist. Die Mail zum einchecken ist bei mir nie angekommen (auch nicht nach dreimaligen Versand). Dennoch war die Hotline immer besetzt , freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles geklappt. Vielen Dank gern wieder.
