"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. "We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The staff, especially Cleo in reception were warm and friendly and always responsive to guests. Our room on the second floor was quiet and had lovely sunset views over the mountain. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. We also managed to get into the pool, which was clean but the water was very cold, but with gorgeous views over Zante town. We would definitely return."

"We had a lovely stay. The day clerk, Monica is very helpful, and is a wealth of information, and just a lovely person The room was large and very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and has lots of choice. The location is great, no shortage of reataurants close by. We uaed Best Choice cars, their officw is cloae and they delivered to the hotel. Very enjoyable stay."

"Very nice room. Young nice staff. Great breakfast. Great location. Really nice zen luxury hotel. Having the swim out room was very useful as we could lay out with easy access to our room. Only complaints: The pillows are ridiculous (bad). The breakfast is great but you are always waiting for coffee. They should have a self serve area. Access to the hotel by car is a puzzle - but all driving in Zakynthos is a puzzle. Best restaurants: L’ete, and Prosilio."
