"It was good, check-in was a bit confusing but that might just have been me. I had a generally good stay, liked the location, room etc. My only issue was when before checkout (around 9) a member of staff knocks and I say hello and then they simply unlocked my door anyway? And it was an awkward moment. I don't really know why they tried comming in since it's before checkout and I've rented my room. But other then that yeah it was good"

"Lovely old building. Warm welcome. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. We were given the choice of shower or bath. Temperature was comfortable. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was excellent. Central location. Very easy to walk from station and to reach restaurants and shopping. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gävle."

"Great location, quiet, calm and nice breakfast. Highly recommend renting out the woodfire sauna. There is a trap door in the sauna that gives you a private access into the lake without having to go outside."
