Especially during the summer months, when it practically turn into a open spa and chill entertaining venue. The owners are above helpful and the quality of the room and furnitures are top noth. "Easy access to the centre of Upsalla, train station within walking distance to hotel. ( 10 mins on foot) Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, lunch and dinner available too. Bar, games and lovely outside courtyard. "
"This was our third stay at the hotel. The building is unassuming from the outside, but very nice with lots of character inside (including rooms). Great breakfast and helpful staff.
The inclusion of a buffet dinner in the room price was a nice and rare bonus - certainly saved us a bunch of kroner. Everything is within walking distance, but that probably holds for other hotels in Uppsala.
