Exclusive Tuscan Villa with Black Pool & Jacuzzi

  • Exclusive villa located in the Tuscan countryside, built using green building technology and high-quality wooden materials.
    Strategic location central to Tuscany and close to all essential services without giving up the tranquillity of the countryside.
    The villa can accommodate up to 9 people in 3+(1) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large fenced garden at your disposal.
    The unique black salt-water swimming pool makes the water in which you immerse yourself a unique emerald green. Its dimensions of 4 x 8 m and a depth of 1.20 m make it perfect for families with children.
    You will also be pampered after a swim in the pool by the Jacuzzi with heated water and at the end of your day, relax in the hot shower outside.
    The villa has private indoor parking and a corner equipped with a wood-burning oven, BBQ and table for your outdoor dinners.
    Outside the villa you can also enjoy a large garden with a five-a-side football pitch and swings or simply take a walk or exercise.
    You will also find bicycles in free use to get around or to go for a coffee or ice cream in the pretty centre of Spianate.

Superhouse in hot Tuscany

Good location nearby the highway. Superb house and a good pool and jacuzzi. Supermarket within 5 minutes and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Communication with Luca was very pleasant and full of advices and suggestions around Luca/Pisa. We will come back! Thank you Luca and Manuela for a fantastic experience 😘

An absolutely lovely property and fantastic location!We arrived slightly early, but Luca and his wife showed us around and were happy for us to leave the bags there whilst we went to the supermarket. They couldn't have been more helpful with directions to supermarkets and local restaurants througout our stay when needed.They were always quick to respond and help with any of our questions (with brilliant English!).The villa was amazingly clean and very comfortable for the family with excellent facilities. It really has everything you need and more! The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely, especially in the hot weather.It was the perfect location to venture out to Pisa (around 45 mins) and Florence (around 60 mins). Well worth using the Pisamover and Villa Costanza if you're driving. We also went to Lucca twice (well worth exploring) and Vinci, both around 30 minutes away. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

Wonderful Getaway

This property was amazing! Luca was such a great help and waited patiently for my family and I to arrive from the airport. She took her time and showed us around the property, as well as checked in with us through out our stay to see if we needed any assistance. The property was very clean upon arrival and Luca showed where all the supplies where to keep things tidy during our stay. There are 2 washers on site and plenty of space to dry clothes if the weather does not cooperate. Although it was still a bit cool during our stay the pool was a beautiful sight to see and well maintained. Overall this was a great place to stay for our time away from home. I definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Well priced, with many amenities of home.

Das allerwichtigste zuerst, Luca ist ein unheimlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Fragen/Anliegen antwortet. Das Haus hat eine Top Lage und mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man innerhalb von 15min am Bahnhof in Altopascio und man erreicht dann in kürzester Zeit einige Highlights der Toskana. Für ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren eignen sich die Fahrräder als (größerer) Erwachsener eher nicht, das war aber nicht wichtig für uns.Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen, es war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool/Whirpool ist super um am frühen Abend nach einem langen Tag in der Toskana zu entspannen. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Der Perfekte Urlaub in der Toskana

Luca war der perfekte Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hatte jederzeit einen Tip für Ausflüge und Restaurants bereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage, super ausgestattete Küche sowie tolle Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Die Gartenanlage samt Pool und Whirlpool war sehr gepflegt und super schön angelegt. Die Lage war für uns genau richtig. Man war in ca. 35 bis 40 Minuten am Meer. In Lucca war man in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Ortschaft Altopascio hatte alles was man braucht. Es gab wunderschöne Restaurants sowie kleine Geschäfte und Supermärkte. Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist jederzeit zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an dich Luca und deine Familie

Tolles Haus mit Pool - perfekt mit Kindern und Hund

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, sehr sauberen und gepflegten Haus verbracht. Klimaanlage im Wohn- sowie in allen Schlafzimmern. Die großzügige Gartenanlage ist komplett eingezäunt, unser kleiner Vierbeiner konnte nicht entwischen. Der dunkel geflieste Pool ist Ende Mai schon schön warm gewesen. Luca wohnt direkt nebenan, Kommunikation und Übergabe erfolgen problemlos. Etwas abgelegen, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der nächsten Stadt/Supermarkt als auch auf der Autobahn. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die nördliche Toskana zu erkunden: Florenz, Pisa und das Meer in ca. 30-40 min erreichbar, nach Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra braucht es eine halbe Stunde länger. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, nicht sehr zentral, aber guter Ausgangspunkt mit dem Auto für diverse Aktivitäten, herzliche Begrüssung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, schöner und gepflegter Gartenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool, Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet, dort hatte es ein paar nicht ganz saubere Utensilien, diverse Schlafmöglichkeiten, leider viele Mücken (wofür natüelich niemand etwas kann!), im Bad roch es oft unangenehm modrig. Insgesamt ein tolle Unterkunft, die viele Möglichkeiten bietet!

Completamente soddisfatte

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, dem Grundstück und dem Vermieter. Lucca und seine Familie sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns trotz hoher Hitze und zum Schluß auch starken Unwetter gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Pool ist prima und das Gelände wird vom Vermieter sauber und wirklich schön gehalten. Gerne wieder. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa, della proprietà e del padrone di casa. Lucca e la sua famiglia sono molto attenti, cordiali, veloci e disponibili. Nonostante il caldo intenso e, alla fine, forti temporali, ci siamo sentiti in buone mani. La piscina è fantastica e la proprietà è tenuta pulita e davvero bella. Di nuovo volentieri.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Luca ist ein sehr freundlicher und jederzeit hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in seinem Ferienhaus sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, dadurch hat man seine Ruhe, hat aber auch die Möglichkeit, in weniger als 30 Minuten in wunderschöne Städte zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr nah. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, die Außenanlage insbesondere der Pool ist wunderschön. Auch drinnen ist alles super ausgestattet. Wir sagen Dankeschön für einen wundervollen Urlaub!

Soluzione perfetta per relax ed esplorazione

Abbiamo pernottato una settimana in 4 adulti e 3 bambini di 6,7 e 9 anni. La casa è perfetta per un gruppo fino a 10 persone. 3 camere da letto al piano terra con due bagni più una matrimoniale in mansarda con altro bagno. Sala da pranzo con cucina con tavolo con 10 sedute comode, altro piccolo cucinino nella dependance collegata all appartamento (comodissimo il doppio frigo), fantastico e sempre usato il bel patio davanti dove mangiare sempre comodamente in 10 fronte piscina. Il pezzo forte la piscina ben curata e la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata. Giardino per giocare liberamente nella proprietà e nella parte esterna. Posizione ottimale per visitare i dintorni ma rimanere in posizione tranquilla senza disturbi vicini. Proprietario molto attento alle nostre esigenze e sempre disponibile. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario (compresi i teli sdraio). Due lavatrici, cucina con tutto il necessario. Lucca una bella città, possibilità di visitare sia città nei dintorni (Pisa, Firenze, Siena nell’ arco di un ora e mezza massimo), le montagne (splendida la Garfagnana e la grotta del vento da non perdere) ma anche il mare (Versilia a 40 min). Ogni giorno ci siamo spostati concedendoci poi al rientro nel pomeriggio un rilassante tuffo in piscina. Consigliatissimo.

5 Wochen Elternzeit in der Toskana

Wir haben insgesamt 5 Wochen unserer Elternzeit in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Dabei haben uns auch Freunde und Familie besucht. Alle waren von dem Haus und insbesondere dem Pool + Whirlpool und Garten begeistert. Luca und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können nur Positives berichten und noch mal DANKE sagen! Vielleicht könnten im Haus ein paar Kleinigkeiten mal erneuert bzw. neu angeschafft werden, aber das ist nicht der Rede wert.
