"The gym at the fifth floor didn't have a treadmill...that was quite surprising. We arrived late at night and the 2 gentlemen at the reception clearly struggled to process our arrival. My colleague was given a room that was already occupied!!! She had to run back to the reception to give her another room. I can say that I wasn't entirely satisfied with my stay"

"Great hotel in great location. Wecoming and effiecient staff. Good sized room (kingsize double) with comfy beds and large shower room. Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg."
