"Beautiful gardens, hotel is small, rooms are very dark and absolutely no internet, weak insecure connectivity. Had to use my cellular hotspot for data snd that was very slow too. Can’t recommend staying here. "

"Very clean, modern decor, comfortable bed, super spacious bathroom. Good location, 13 mins walk to the Sassi. Host very nice, when we arrived she was waiting outside on the driveway to greet us and lead us to parking spots, otherwise we probably would've needed more time driving around trying to figure out where to park. Very good cappuccino during breakfast. "

"Everything was great. The breakfast actually had some protein options instead of just caffé and cornetto. The room was spacious. My only complaint is the smell. It was overly perfumed. I don’t know if it was an air freshener or cologne, but it was nauseating after a while. They should be careful with this with so many people with allergies these days. "Angela, the wonderful women who helped on June 9th was indeed an angel. I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well."

"Loved both touristy and local neighborhood feel. Very vibrant and family-oriented neighborhood. Getting up the stairway which is narrow is the only downside but if you have no problem with narrow stairways, definitely worth it!"
