"The room smelled extremely musty, and as soon as we entered, we noticed the bed sheets for both beds were stained. Usually hotels provide small soaps, shampoo and conditioner but there was nothing, just a single tiny bar to wash your hands. Also it’s $10 of parking per night, so it’s not included with your stay. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. "

"Do not stay here if you are not staying in the new tower. They only cater to those staying in the tower. The other rooms are run down and smell really bad, broken phones, nails exposed, broken hooks etc etc... Some staff members do not know what customers service is need to learn how to smile more. There's bugs in the old rooms, staff aware and nothing is done. House keeping says they will come clean and never show up. Don't bother with the front desk they will not try to make you stay better.
