"Schönes Hotel, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Biosauna defekt, Kegelbahn defekt, Darts zum Teil defekt, unterer Teil sehr stark abgenutzt. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht. Das Frühstück war 10 Tage das gleiche und frisches Obst gab es nur in Form von Äpfeln. Für uns sehr enttäuschend. "

"Ich habe das Hotel vor allem wegen der guten Lage gebucht. Die Fußgängerzone Lüneburgs ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Höchstpreis pro Tag 15 Euro) ist auch zu Fuß vom Hotel gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer ziemlich klein. Das Bett stand mit der einen Seite direkt an der Wand unter einer Dachschräge. Man musste über das Fußende hinein krabbeln. "Wauw! Many reviews are describing a worn down and old hotel. Well - old is true. And worn down is semi true on a few things like the windows and carpets. BUT! Travelling more than 100 days a year, I have rearly visited a hotel with this amount of charme! They truly keep this in the 60’s style. It is amazing - like a small German time machine going back to those times. And the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Ofcourse it is old! It’s from the 60’s.. "The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back"

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, ohne Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig, insbesondere das Bad. Es handelt sich um ein altes Gebäude mit steiler Treppe ohne Aufzug. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Parkhaus in der Nähe, 10 Minuten."
