"Very friendly staff when we checked in late at the restaurant. Room was very clean and had a big, beautiful wall of glass in front of the bed with a great view of the mountain."

"The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!"
"Very courteous staff, welcoming and friendly. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Easy to get to from the train station and a short drive to the airport. "
