"Hice una reserva con hoteles.com y despues de haberla confirmado con correo electronico, cuando llegue al hotel estaba cerrado y ni cogian el telefono. Esto es lo peor que te puede pasar con un hotel. Me tuvieron que realojar en otro."

"La habitación no la limpian todos los días, ni si quiera te dejan material para hacerlo tú mismo. En la cocina hay hormigas, que tienen hecha su casa ya dentro de la casa. Nos encontramos con botellas y comida en la nevera de huéspedes anteriores."
