This property has secluded private waterfront home with seasonal lake access, a floating dock, & a hot tub in the NC Smoky Mountains. The Lake & Dock is typically accessible from Memorial Day-Labor Day. Water levels vary in April-May & September - October, check with the TVA. Public & Private launches will have water access year round.

Our Fontana A Frame is very private and nestled in dense foliage, with glass windows to view the lake & changing seasons. The beds are located in the loft area over the kitchen which has a king bed & twin trundle. The downstairs has a futon that can be adjusted for extra sleeping accommodations, internet based TV, a full kitchen, bathroom, & laundry room, HOT TUB, Patio, Pavilion, & Dock. Our A Frame cottage has modern amenities and comforts within a rustic wilderness environment.

Wonderful stay

Great location for a little bit of everything! Enjoyed time on the lake, Bryson city, Cherokee, hiking the national parks, and Fontana. Everything you need in one place. Hosts were very helpful.

Perfect stay with a partner! Remember you are in the woods, so do expect the corresponding wildlife. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking enjoyable!

We loved our stay here! Con’s shower isn’t the best and the stairs to the bedroom are super steep if you have any mobility issues. Pros all the other things! Hot tub was fantastic! Lake view although it was low I looked great. All the amenities you may need and plenty of towels, throw blankets etc. the gas fire pit was a plus too! The bed was sooo comfy nad the bedding was to die for! Over all a great stay!

This property is was perfect for my husband and I. Private, quiet, Great Lake access. Hot was fantastic. Kitchen had everything we could need. Super clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. I would say if you have an issue with stairs as they’re very steep to the bedroom and down to the dock, it might not be for you. But thankfully that wasn’t our case. Wonderful property! Will be staying again!
