"5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk. "

"The overall location is great very walkable with lots of shops and dining options but we found the hotel to be poorly maintained and dirty with bugs. Our room had dirty sheets and mold in the shower dead bugs and hair on the floor. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. There are signs all over that says they will be remodeling soon, i hope this is true because the have a great location and staff."

"Room itself was quite standard but clean, all staffs were very friendly and kind. Only issue was sometimes WiFi connection had been bad, especially after 9pm, I could not connect with any cel/iPad one night. "
