Very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with south facing private salt water pool and terrace, centrally located in Vale do Lobo. Superking in Master Bedroom, Double / Twin + Chair Bed in second bedroom. Comfortable for 5 adults. The Tennis Academy is a 2 minute walk. The stunning beaches and restaurants available at the "Praca" are just a 10-15 minute walk. The exclusive resort has a children's club, health/beauty spa, gym, bank, supermarket, 24 hour security, medical centre and 2 Championship Golf Courses. The split level apartment is professionally managed and cleaned. There is a internal circuit bus within the resort. Faro airport is 20 minutes away. The property is one of 3 apartments in a building surrounded by landscaped gardens. Although there are many facilities close by the property is in a quiet location. The private pool and terrace have been re-tiled to a high standard with new patio furniture including outdoor dining and loungers. Full HD TV and Fibre Optic 100 mbps Internet. Both bathrooms have been fully refurbished. The en suite shower room includes a hydrotherapy shower whilst the family bathroom contains an extra-long bath and separate shower.

Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed having the submersion pool on those hot days (we enjoyed fantastic weather during our stay). The rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
We had a wonderful first holiday with our 2 month old at the apartment - it was well equipped, very clean and a great location. Parking outside was ideal and communication with the owner and property manager were both excellent. We would love to stay again.
The villa was perfect for a small group and short stay! Very clean and well equipped. It was a lovely quiet spot too. We were able to walk to most places but I’m glad we had a car to get around too, especially for the supermarket. We were given all the information we needed prior to arrival and it was all super easy. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment. Comfortable facilities and good information pack from the host. Good location although we did drive to most places. It was nice to have the pool on the terrace and also the outdoor seating areas.
Excellent property, totally functional and well maintained.
Remarkable architecture, as all the space was relatively cool despite very hot weather conditions (38-39 C).

Second stay at this amazing home from home. Plenty of space for a family, with well separated bedrooms providing lots of privacy. Clean, tidy, and lots of touches that make it so comfortable, unlike some of the soulless holiday lets out there. And an awesome outside space with lush gardens to admire from the lovely little pool. Wonderful resort, where we hired bikes and used the boardwalk paths to explore as far as Faro. Thanks again to Ed.
A beautiful property, with 2 large bedrooms, a gorgeous small pool and a great living area. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, communication with owner, house was spotless with fabulous outdoor area to relax, comfortable bed, area great, ladies who work at rental agency were also so lovely. Would most definitely return.
Great stay with husband and friends. Close to all amenities. Excellent communication with owner. Property a little tired, shower in downstairs bathroom water was extremely slow in running away. The owner made up for the slight niggles we had.

spacious but tired and fading
Whilst spacious and very clean, and well laid out with a nice small pool, there were lots of areas where the property failed us and lessened the enjoyment of our holiday - the air con wasn't working and the bedrooms were stifling, ants were invading, paint was peeling on the outside and inside, kitchen appliances were old and didn't work properly, there was a lack of kitchen utensils, even basic ones - if you were planning to eat every meal out this may not be a problem, but we planned to eat in a lot and found it lacking in many areas.
There were attempts to fix some of these things whilst we were there, and we've provided a comprehensive list of the issues we found to the owner and I'm sure these are easily rectified.
