"The hotel, staff, room and spa are 5 star. However, the pool area and breakfast restaurant looks tired and dated. The bar is lovely but lacks atmosphere which is a shame as the hotel is surrounded by top golf courses hence why golfers stay here so the hotel could potentially take a lot of money over the bar if they made it more relaxed, casual and sporty. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are fabulous it’s just these areas that management need to have a look at. "

"The view is fabulous! Very comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit of an update, some cabinets need repair. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot!"

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had multiple confirmations but when we got there they didn't have our booking! Luckily the staff are great and Valentina recognised us from last year and looked after us so we had a great time, just small details that could have been better. Overall the villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely time. "
