"Great hotel, seems to be the best in the area. Across the street from the beach, nice pool area with a resort feel. The hotel staff were great, they had games and activities for young guests—my 10 yr old daughter had daily activities with Santiago, Fatima and Gloria—made it more enjoyable for our family. Plenty of restaurants in the area. "

"Called endlessly, couldn't get in contact with the staff, ran out of battery, ended up having to sleep on the beach, took a nap in the chair in the yard of the lodging the following day, ended up getting sunburnt, waited until 1AM of the next day to check in, was blamed for it. The number of the message I received and both of the numbers on the lodging do not work. Came here to rest and work and didn't even get access to the Internet. Awful staff, avoid at all costs. I will fight for a refund. "
