Villa "Caparica Sun Beach" with Balcony, Private Garden & Wi-Fi
Located in Charneca de Caparica, Caparica Sun Beach Villa offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. With 120 m², the property features a living room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests.
A path leads down the Arriba Fóssil directly to Costa da Caparica’s beaches—just 2 km away, about 5 minutes by car.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, air conditioning, a fan and a heater (ideal for those sensitive to air conditioning), a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A baby crib, a bed for children aged 2–3, and a high chair are also provided.
The private outdoor area features a garden with leisure equipment, an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue. Two parking spaces are available: one free street parking spot and one garage space.
Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Bicycle storage is available.
